Who we are
RL Agency is a digital marketing agency in Porto, Portugal, run by Eduardo Romeira and Dinis Lima, who are responsible for the data collected on this website. For anything related to your data, write to geral@rlagency.pt.
What data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the service you're interested in and your message.
To prevent mass automated submissions, the server temporarily records the IP address of whoever sends the form. That record is kept only in memory and is deleted within a few minutes.
What we use it for
We use this data to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare the proposal. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
The legal basis is your contact request, that is, steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Who we share it with
Contact form messages are sent by email through an email delivery provider, which acts as a processor and only handles the data for that purpose. The website is hosted by a hosting provider that also only handles the data to keep it running.
How long we keep it
We keep the email exchange for as long as we need it to follow up on your request. If we don't go ahead, we delete the data within 24 months of the last contact, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@rlagency.pt. We reply within one month.
If you believe your data hasn't been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
We count visits in two ways. The first is a cookieless tool that records the page viewed, the country and the device type, without storing your IP address or creating any identifier that follows you across sites; it always works and needs no permission. The second is Google Analytics, which uses cookies and only loads if you accept the notice shown on your first visit. Declining costs you nothing: the site works in full and we still count the visit through the first method. You can change your mind at any time, through the Cookies link at the bottom of any page.
